The SAWtrain Summer School 鈥淧hysics and applications of GHz vibrations鈥� aims at gathering leading scientists working in this emerging field to present the latest achievements in the field as well as to give a solid training at the PhD & Post-Doc level and beyond.
The dynamic modulation of semiconductor structures by high frequency vibrations provides a powerful tool for the control of the materials properties required for novel functionalities in nanophotonics, nanoelectronics and quantum technologies.
